What is Archway?
Archway is an API-based integration used to pull orders into the ZCustomization system. This allows customers to quickly and efficiently place large numbers of orders for garment embroidery with high accuracy and low to no human intervention.
How do we connect?
There are two basic options - format your order information in JSON and send API calls OR format your order information in CSV files and post to a specific secure location in the cloud. In both cases, you'll need the same information about your order:

Order IDs: Order Number; Order Reference; PO Number
Customer Info: Customer Name; Customer Ship To Name (Attention); Ship To Address/City/State/Zip/Country
Dates: Start Date; Event Date; In Hand Date; Pack And Rack Date
Work Order URL
Garment Info
Match to Our Info: Item Type
Manufacturer Info: Garment Collection; Product Style Code; Product Item Type; Product Item Code; Size
Your Info: Product Description; Item Number; Garment Color; Quantity
Design Info
Match to our Info: Placement;
Your Info: Design Number; Embroidery Sequence; Notes
DST Info: Dst URL; Thread Brand; Thread Code (Color); Design Image URL
JSON
Order data may be provided via JSON in a specific format, shown below. If you generate your orders as JSON, you can make direct API calls to send that JSON to Archway. Archway will take in your JSON and push the order into the ZCustomization systems for production.
Updates about your order will be visible in your client portal on the ZCustomization system. Additionally, you can set up and subscribe to push notifications via the API. In that case, you will need to provide us with a unique URL and we will utilize webhooks to push info to you when it becomes available.
CSV File
All info about the order must be provided within the CSV file other than the DST/stitch file itself and any work order files (pdf). All the files for an order will need to be placed in a specific folder in a cloud storage location that we will provide to you once you're set up as a client. Archway will read your CSV file and push the order into the ZCustomization systems for production.
Updates about your order can be seen in your client portal on the ZCustomization system.
The required format is shown in the attached example. If you are unable to produce this exact format, we can work with you to customize the format for your needs.
